DeFoor Story

DeFoor Hospitality Group was created in the spring of 2021 with the goal of managing the hotel portfolio for DeFoor Brothers Development.  DeFoor Hospitality Group got their start by taking over the management of The Westin Chattanooga, Marriott's 2019 Hotel of the Year and Chattanooga's only AAA Four-Diamond hotel.

Several months after The Westin Chattanooga, the management company added Hotel Indigo Chattanooga to their management portfolio.  This urban chic hotel is located in the heart of downtown Chattanooga and is quickly becoming the go-to boutique hotel in Chattanooga.

In the summer of 2021, DeFoor Hospitality Group added three new properties to their management portfolio.  The Marriott Downtown Chattanooga is Chattanooga's largest hotel and is attached to the Chattanooga Convention Center.  Hotel Bo Chattanooga is a  retro-style motel perfectly located in the heart of the West Village, and The Islander Inn offers a laid-back beach vibe in sunny Florida on the coast of Vero Beach.

In 2023, DeFoor Hospitality added Hotel Clemons to their growing portfolio. Located just down the street from the Westin Chattanooga, Hotel Clemons is both historic and beautiful with 54 apartment-style rooms, a spacious lobby with ample work space, and a full bar. It has quickly become a favorite among families and people with extended stays in the Scenic City.

DeFoor Hospitality Group is quickly becoming a small but mighty force in the hospitality industry. We look forward to hosting you!
